We only run small caravans (15 rigs or less). Some of our competitors run caravans of 40 rigs or more. We feel that the small caravans are much more enjoyable for our guests. Many of our guests have built friendships that have endured far beyond the end of the trek.
We treat our guests as individuals. Our staff gets to know each guest on a first name basis. We don’t make you wear company logo hats or jackets.
We don’t run our caravans like a military excursion. Our guests are free to leave the campground when they want each morning. Our guests can travel on their own during the day if they want and rejoin the group at the next campground. Our guests can even leave the caravan and rejoin at a later date. We offer the maximum amount of personal freedom and choice.
We provide morning coffee to help get you going.
Our TrekMaster arrives at the next campground early and is waiting with pre-assigned campsites for each of our guests. You don’t even need to check-in at the office.
All of our tours include downloadable, electronic GPS data that includes routes and points-of-interest. We even include recommended routes to the rendezvous campground.
We provide each guest (before the tour begins) a list of all of the campgrounds where we stay in case they wanted to leave that information with a relative or neighbor.
Our TrekMasters and TailGunners have gone through an exhaustive selection process and training program. They are there to make sure you have a safe and enjoyable tour.
In surveys conducted at the end of our tours, 97.8% of our customers rate our tours as an "Outstanding Value". 99.3% of our customers would recommend our tours to a friend.
Once you reserve a tour, our prices are guaranteed not to increase.
We don't charge you a cancellation fee if you need to cancel. If you need to cancel while on a tour, you receive a pro-rated refund. You only pay for what you get.
We provide each guest a complete itinerary at the start of the trek. The itinerary not only includes everything that we do as a group, but also includes;
suggestions of things to see and do while traveling between campgrounds
maps and driving directions so that you can find the campgrounds
a wealth of other useful information like where to buy fuel, the location of the Wal-Marts and emergency contact information
Other caravan companies provide this at a daily meeting where you will be required to take notes
